I have been a happy customer of Theresa's for over two years now, and I'm happy to say her level of service has never lessened.
You know what I mean, some hair stylists wow you with the first cut and subsequently the quality goes down, or the age old trick of adding a bunch of product and fluffing the hair up into a style the customer can't replicate, so they have to come back to get it styled constantly!
When I met Theresa back in '08, I told her my hair is too fragile to withstand constant blow drying and styling, so I need something truly low maintenance. She agreed. Since then I can hop out of the shower, towel dry my hair and go. I don't even have to comb it out, it's cut so well it just falls in place as it dries!!
The absolute example of this was when my daughter was born this year. After quite an 'energetic' evening where I was in and out of the birthing tub, things moving rather fast - I did NOT have the time to do anything to my hair... Yet it still looked good!

It's great to wash & go again with a funky cut that I don't have to spend ages doing with tons of wax, pomades, hairspray etc.. & which suits me. Thank you!! Well worth the 3 hour round trip to York!

Recently I had to renew my 10 year old passport and I used to think my haircut was great at the time. However when I compared the old passport photo to the new one in which Theresa has cut my hair, I can't believe how much better my hair looks! Theresa is a fantastic hairdresser and I love the convenience and relaxation of having my hair cut at home.

I have very fine hair which I have been trying to grow for most of my life and have suffered having it blow dried to death, only for it to end up limp, dull and lifeless.
Theresa listened to me and cut my hair to a length that suited both my fine hair and my face. She gave me a brilliant cut making the most of the natural movement in my hair, movement that I didn't even know I had.
Now all I have to do is wash it, finger dry it with a little product - as recommended by Theresa, and that's it. It's by far the best cut I've ever had. Fantastic!

Theresa is a very intelligent, talented hairdresser. Unfortunately, we now live hundreds of miles apart but the fact that we are still in touch after more than 20 years gives some indication of the relationship we established through her being my hairdresser. I just wished she lived nearer!
